Meet Our Team
Dylan
Dylan met his wife Megan at Tarleton State University, during which time, he began working for the family business. Over the years, his knowledge and passion for the industry grew. In 2017, he became an ISA Certified Arborist and was Texas Oak Wilt Qualified through the Texas Forest Service. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys fishing and playing disc golf. Dylan continues to seek new accreditations to stay on the forefront of new techniques and products.
Megan
Megan’s passion for this industry began at a young age, when her grandparents would drive her around their property teaching her all about trees and insects. She later attended Tarleton State University, pursuing a degree in Wildlife Biology, where she was able to fuel her love of the outdoors. She and Dylan enjoy camping and hiking, as well as spending time with their 2 standard poodles, Holly & Hudson. Megan is a 3rd generation ISA Certified Arborist and Oak Wilt Qualified .
Jamie
As a 1979 graduate of AHS, Jamie has seen this small town convert to a flourishing community. Her parents, John & Joyce Thompson opened Thompson Tree & Exterminating in 1978, but never dreamed the impact it would have on her or her family. She and her husband, Randy Bevis (who passed away in 2012) saw with their company, Fort Worth Tree & Pest, the importance of giving back and supporting those around us. Now, mostly retired, Jamie and her husband Clay Hicks, enjoy watching her kids take that legacy with the same ethical values and passion for their customers.
Randi Kay
Randi Kay grew up enjoying the outdoors through camping and hiking with her family, which led her to obtain a B.S. in Wildlife Management from Tarleton State University. She met Megan at Tarleton, where they were both involved with the student chapter of The Wildlife Society. She enjoys exploring with her husband Joshua, her mom Cindy, and their dogs Ozzie & Maci. Randi Kay is an ISA Certified Arborist.
